In rust, use std::io{self, read} or use std::fs is very common

std stands for standard
IO stands for input and output
I am sorry to say something you may not be glad to hear below
It is better to Google or Baidu than to show off your ignorance here to make us awkward if you do not know what do IO and std stand for…
